Nurses, please use your voice!
Joanne Loades and Michaela Nuttall are Nurse Associates at The National Association of Primary Care (NAPC) and need primary care nurses’ help to start an important new initiative for the profession.
They said, “Here at the NAPC we are working on the Nurses Voice initiative, which aims to increase the voice of nurses working across primary care in key areas including policy and decision making. We believe nursing and effective nursing leadership are vital to the success of sustainable, integrated primary healthcare in the future and plan to launch the Nurses Voice Network at the Best Practice Conference in October.”
To establish the needs and wants of nurses, both nationally and regionally for the Nurses Voice Network, Joanne and Michaela are inviting all nurses to complete the Nurses Voice Survey by clicking here.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. Please play your part in launching this exciting new movement for nurses.
